project health and wellness

So Thursday I have stayed the course of not drinking during the week and also not to mention on Friday I have also stayed true blue to this assignment and didn't do any type of drinking but had a tough time due to the Halloween weekend but I did not.  Saturday is another story sadly I had too much fun and had like 15+ shots and like 3 beers.  Sunday is a whole different story it was a day of rest ZERO drinking.

Reviewing my music playlist

So people I'm gonna have to switch this up from the normal football blogs that I have been putting out there so here we go on some music to listen to to get you hyped up so I'm now just starting to listen to the new Jay-Z and Kanye (I love fish sticks) West: Watch the throne SONG: Gotta have it.  This song is pretty awesome cause the two just keep exchanging back and fourth and just kills it "assassinate my character, money matrimony and they trying to break the marriage up". Nice one Kanye.  The next song that I'm gonna be bumpin' is the VEVO edition of La Roux SONG: In for the kill, now this son is a complete opposite from the original version of the dub step type its more or a romantic version, so this is a GOSHOW from vevo so they just basically just went and set up shop last minute and threw a concert and this song is a more romantic type of song its very intimate with the guitar, bass, keys, and just the bass hi hat and kick drum its awesome and its the perfect song to do some homework to, or if you are a sad and can't find it hopeless romantic BOOM this song is for you. The last song is by E.S. Posthumus SONG: unstoppable this is just a song that is a classical type of song and that of the theme show of HARDKNOCKS: New York Jets to me this is mostly a hype up song to any type of hard hitting sports video and also can show grace and athletic skill on amazing displays of athleticism.  This song can also be what you would hear on an playoff preview or huge type of game.  Well that's it nothing fancy this week but next week will be better promise ha ha catch ya later!

Start of my daily nutrition project

To everyone reading this I have started a new project in my health and wellness class and today is the first day of logging that started on Monday 10/24/2011.  I have taken on the new but extreamly difficult task with cutting back and or not drinking during the weekdays.  Yep that's right Monday through Friday, so folks all i have to say is so far so good.  Monday I know is a football season drinking holiday that usually takes place for me even though its just one or two or 50.  But also on top of this it's the World Series so that means its a sports fanatics dream drinking Monday.  But, staying true to this 30 day assignment I maintained lane and stayed pure as a nun, also not to mention I had to wake up at 9:00 am for work.  Tuesday, another drinkless day for myself had to be at work early and had massive homework.  Sorry Tuesday was so boring but hey its a Tuesday.

FINALLY ITS HERE..........FOOTBALL!

So as many of you know I LOVE Boise State football and like I said in the title it has arrived.  So as everyone can see there are many different ways to tell that football is here, first all you see around Boise during the season is not only a change in weather like the brisk nights and loosing daylight but the city is plagued with the colors of orange and blue!!!  Second turn on the news and they have a little small details from whats going on in the valley but most of us see and acknowledge the fact that its just on the back burner to football.  So on that note we can all tell that as Saturday approaches and red beer cups are littered around the stadium and the roar of BOISE.......STATE........ from the stadium, its bound to be another football season of can that little town of Boise Idaho be put on the map with all the other heavy hitters in football and can we become an elite squad like the liking's of an Alabama, Oklahoma, or a Auburn (without all of major sanctions of course). But yes that's my final answer after watching the teams heartbreak from last year to this one I can see that the veterans like Kellen Moore or Nate Potter are hungry.  Time to bring back that crystal football to a little town that gets mistaken for Iowa (which happens and you would be surprised the lack of geography that is taught in the states of Georgia and in Oklahoma), and simply play the greatest game to be played some backyard football on some blue turf ha ha. Side note if anyone, if anyone from outside of the world looking in on my nonsense I speak on my "blog" I guess my Prof Sass wants me to mention the fact that i'm using Twitter and I have been which is actually quite awesome once you get a hang of it which has taken me many weeks to figure out and you know what I probably still haven't figured it out all of the way.  We have a TV project that is due in the middle of October and we have to communicate this to the group VIA Twitter and so far so good.  We have decided to do a show on restaurant reviews on two of three places in the valley.  So whats good about it is we follow each other on what place to eat at and how to determine how the place was using a review sheet that Emily has created.  So its a helpful tool and keeps us all in touch.  Well there's my two cents, who am I? That's one secret I'll never tell.  You know you love me. XOXO......Gossip girl sorry had to throw that in there, I've been watching Gossip Girl well with a girl ha ha BOISE.......STATE...... TIME TO DOMINATE!!!!

Second Journal

So I'm ready for football season period.  The NFL is back in business and that only means one thing there are millions of fantasy football team owners, dying to get this season started and to see how their draft worked out for them or unfortunately not and they just paid a grip of money to have their egos crushed.  Well now its a funny thing cause I believe that this year I am one of those schmucks.  Thank goodness that I only paid 50 dollars for this league cause I have heard that some kids have paid 250 dollars to play.  Good thing that if you win you can win 2000 dollars in a single season of football, but that is if you can handle all the hair pulling stress of the fact if your start player will play or if his tweaked hamstring is gonna keep him on the bench and cost you the season and all that money.  So, with that said lets go forward and think about the many positives of playing fantasy football.  First off, the satisfaction of whooping all of your friends asses would probably be the greatest achievement.  Knowing that you just put together a roster so dominate that none of your friends could even touch you and your invincible (well for at least till next season).  Last would be in my league you can win 400 and this is not to mention to be around the Christmas season so this would be extremely helpful.  To bring this to a whole level of extreme I think I would like to take this to Las Vegas and propose this fact to Mr. Wynn "Sir your are obviously an entertainment giant and guru, how would you like to control a muli-million dollar industry?" The way I see it, how the very small group of people who do this in Boise, I couldn't even imagine what they could do in Vegas. Odds makers, statisticians, and just those poor fools that think they know it all and to just be taken just like at the blackjack table. Just rake in a certain percentage off of the top and watch this industry grow.  Shoot you could even do fantasy soccer or cricket or rugby to make this idea international! Well that's my two cents tell me what your thing money to be made? Or to be a loser who has to listen to your friends talk down to you cause your roster sucks, and not to mention your pockets got turned out making your pants look like bunny ears.

my first BLOG

Here we go, so this is my first attempt at writing a blog for Prof. Sass.  This is a whole new realm to me so I'm just gonna jump right in like Doogie Hauser. Today was quite a day for me and this is what my first blog is going to be about, my day today. Started out quite good did some video gaming when I woke up some NCAA football action which I cannot tell you how excited I actually am for the football season.  I then proceeded to do a load of laundry to get ready to pack cause I will be driving to Salt Lake City tomorrow and will then take a flight to Georgia for the Broncos first game of the season.  Its been quite exciting to be able to actually be at the game cause I have been to big games for the Broncos since the first Fiesta Bowl in 2006 (greatest game ever played and I was there, BTW) and also the second Fiesta Bowl against TCU another great game. But this game against Georgia will be new and different cause I haven't actually been further east than Yellowstone, unless you count the fact that I was born in South Korea the far east coast!  So should be fun, but then class was canceled tonight which was helpful to me and my time cause I had so many errands to run before my big trip tomorrow.  Lets see, oh bought some wine and a movie called "Something Borrowed" and watched it at a friends house (I guess you can call her that). But the movie was good but I can tell you something that it is a little bit weird to watch a romantic comedy with a girl you just started to hang out with and just not sure where that is going to go, cause like 4 dates in to it then she drops a bomb like I think i'm moving back home after the semester is over, man i have the worst luck with girls haha anyways that made it a little bit awkward so I left and decided to come home and write this blog for class so i wouldn't miss the first assignment and felt a little down about what happened earlier, I shouldn't have stayed the night right I mean why try and start any type of relationship or at least start to form a great one when they are just gonna leave, right? Well eff it I guess girls are like buses miss one next fifteen one coming, not to sound cocky, or ignorant but there are many different opportunities out there and many more people to meet.  So first blog out of the way and hopefully we beat Georgia and also find a girl that stays in town and doesn't move away haha till next time, peace i'm outta here!
